Extremely Disappointed – Received 1 out of 3, No Resolution Despite Repeated Follow-ups

I had high hopes when I ordered 3 units of this product from Rasayanam, as it looked quite promising both in terms of ingredients and benefits. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

To my utter shock, I received only 1 unit out of the 3 I paid for. I immediately reached out to the Rasayanam team, thinking it was a simple mistake that would be resolved quickly. But what followed was an extremely irritating and exhausting back-and-forth with their support team, courier service, and more.

I had to escalate multiple times, share photos, unboxing videos, courier labels, and repeat my case over and over again. Despite all this, there was no proper resolution. It felt like I was being bounced around with no accountability from either Rasayanam or the courier company.

Even worse – the one unit I received was of poor quality. The packaging felt cheap, the contents didn’t look fresh, and it gave me second thoughts about the safety of consuming it. For a product that boasts of purity and premium Ayurvedic quality, this is totally unacceptable.

Honestly, I regret this purchase. I expected far better from a brand that markets itself as trustworthy. This experience has left a bad taste, and unless I receive a full refund or the remaining products I paid for, I cannot recommend this to anyone.

Please look into this seriously and issue a refund. No customer should have to go through this kind of hassle for something they paid for in good faith.
