With utter disappointment I would say that I loved your earlier real Amla juice but you people also started using preservatives which you shouldn’t aş per your claims. It’s a request to kindly start manufacturing the same real Amla juice that the company used to produce earlier. Or produce both and let consumer decide which one he buys. Then you will know what needs to be produced. And don’t say about FSSAI standard. All of us know how low are their standards.

We want to clarify that the new variant is made using premium-grade Amla (25–26 mm in size), sourced directly from organically certified farms through a dedicated vendor. This version is more potent in terms of Vitamin C, antioxidants, and natural fibrous content (TSS) - which may naturally settle at the bottom due to the absence of stabilizers or excipients, as we continue to keep the formulation as clean as possible. We also understand your concern regarding preservatives. Based on extensive shelf-life and stability studies, it was observed that antioxidant and Vitamin C levels tend to degrade over time. Therefore, it is critical to ensure that the product remains effective throughout its shelf life, for that we’ve used Class II preservatives in trace amounts (<0.06 g) - fully compliant with AYUSH safety standards. These are used only to retain efficacy and ensure safety, without compromising the natural benefits.

Disappointed with New Formula – What Happened to the Original Natural Juice?

I’ve been a regular customer and absolutely loved the original Natural Amla Juice you offered — it was green in color, had the raw amla taste, and felt genuinely natural, just as advertised. That's why I confidently ordered 2 bottles this time.

However, I was shocked to see that the product has changed — the juice is now pinkish-red, with powder settling at the bottom that needs to be shaken, and the taste is completely different and artificial. It no longer feels natural.

Even more concerning — the label now mentions “Class 1 preservatives” and “modified formula”, while your website still claims “No preservatives.” That’s misleading, and I feel disappointed and misled as a loyal customer.

Can you please clarify:

Why has the formula changed?

Why wasn’t this updated on your website?

What “formula” is needed to extract just amla juice naturally? Why add anything at all?

This feels like a step backward in quality. I sincerely hope you consider bringing back the original version or at least clearly inform your customers about such changes in the future.

We would like to assure you that for this new variant of juice, premium-grade Amla (25–26 mm in size) has been directly procured from organically certified farms through a designated vendor. The newer variant contains higher levels of Vitamin C, antioxidants, and fibrous content (TSS) compared to the previous version. It is a pure amla juice with higher content of fibrous material, which naturally settles over time as we do not use any stabilizers or excipients in our juices. This increased fibrous content supports digestion and contributes to better digestive health. Also, the pinkish tint observed in the juice is because of the fresh amla harvested during this season which has been used for the production of juice. Moreover, it has been observed through long term shelf-life studies that with time the antioxidant content and vitamin C degrades, therefore, to preserve Rasayanam's cold-pressed amla juice, we have used permitted Class II preservatives in trace amounts (<0.06 g) in our juice which fully complies with the safety standard of AYUSH & FSSAI. This ensures product stability without compromising its natural efficacy. Yes it is one I found it tasteful, pure with full of nutrients. However I want to dispel my doubts on certain points,
1. Is the colour green is natural or some additive is used.
2. There is a slight after taste akin to some pungency, is it natural.
3. In fresh alla juice there are many oxidative enzymes which makes it brownish over time, how you manage to control it, is it pasterized.
