Shipping Policy

Every order leaves our facility carefully packed and tracked. Here's how we make sure it reaches you exactly as it should - safe, on time and ready to support your health journey

1. Order Processing & Confirmation

Once you place an order with Rasayanam, we work to get it to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS immediately after your order is successfully placed.

2. Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after the applicable daily cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery

Once dispatched, our delivery partners work to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeline. If there is any issue related to your delivery address, availability, or delivery timing, our team will reach out to assist you with next steps.

4. Delivery Charges

All orders qualify for free delivery, unless stated otherwise. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any applicable convenience fee will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

6. Delivery Locations

We deliver across India, including remote locations. However, delivery to certain remote areas may be temporarily unavailable due to weather, logistics disruptions, or courier limitations. If your order is affected, our team will reach out with updates.

7. Next Day Delivery

We offer Next Day Delivery across select pincodes. Availability may vary based on your delivery location, product availability, and order placement timing. Please check the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) on the product page and at checkout for the most accurate delivery date for your order.

8. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
  • Other Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Remote Locations: Up to 7 business days or longer

Please Note: Delivery timelines may vary during high order volumes, sale periods, weather disruptions, public holidays, or courier network delays.

9. Address & Pincode Changes

  • Before Dispatch: Please contact us at contact@rasayanam.in to request changes to your delivery address or pin code.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated. If the shipment cannot be delivered, it may be returned to our warehouse.

10. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email so you can monitor your shipment status. You can also track your order using the AWB No. via this link: Track Your Order

11. Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. There will be no additional delivery charges for split shipments.

12. Unforeseen Delivery Issues

If you know in advance that you won't be available to receive your order, please reach out to us at contact@rasayanam.in before it is dispatched and we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery holds or schedule changes may not always be possible.
If your dispatched order is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please write to us at contact@rasayanam.in and we will coordinate with our delivery partner to resolve it.

13. Additional Charges

No hidden charges apply. All prices shown at checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown before payment.
